WavEco & Waveline has jointly developed a TermoWeldTech PVC which is tested and approved for use down to - 30°C (as cold as the Arctic in the Winter!) and up to 70°C. To handle such extremes, WavEco boat seams are now Thermo welded meaning the tubes aren’t glued together acting as one, they become one! The WavEco PVC has a better level of UV and abrasion resistance and for peace of mind is a strong 0.7mm 1100 dtex high-density polyester. Our ThermoWeldTech PVC is lab tested and folded over 100,000 and still didn’t crack! All of this allows us to offer a worry-free 4-year warranty on the tubes. At WavEco we insist on keeping at least 3 chambers. If something unexpected did happen to one of your chambers you will keep enough buoyancy to back to your ship or shore. We’ve also designed our boats to be lightweight in terms of weight, but not quality. WavEco have created a finally balanced boat that is easily transportable but also stable on the water.
