The clock is 150mm in diameter and equipped with a precise battery-powered quartz movement. The red and green radio sectors make this ship clock a very special instrument. The red sectors mark the time period of Morse code telegraphy (16th to 18th, 46th to 48th minute of every hour), while the green sectors allow radio telegraphy from 1st to 3rd and 31st to 33rd minute of every hour.
